Allow display and management of the DOM pipeline steps under the Order Age section of the BUC Workspace

The current BUC Workspace has a section titled Order Age that only displays three states: Assigned, Pending and Preorders. These states or steps are limited in value to the user, where a list of select pipeline events relevant to the business/user will me meaningful, actionable and valuable. I.E. PendingPick, PendingPack, PendingShip, PendingPickUp, etc

How will this idea be used?

This will be used in the BUC Workspace to track and manage the transactions in each of the pertinent steps of the order pipeline, being able to quickly zero-in on problem areas and potential bottlenecks.

    Hi, thank you for your idea. The creation of new order states for better pipeline visiblity is not a top BUC priority for 2020. This request is a candidate that is under consideration for the 2021 roadmap. Updates will be posted here as the 2021 roadmap is groomed.

    =======UPDATE 09/04/2020=======

    As part of BUC extensibility framework enhancements, customer order status will can be defined in Order Management and propogated to BUC, allowing for new order states like the ones mentioned. This capability is targeted for the beginning of Q4.

    The Order Hub Workspace experience has been enhanced to fix the display of Order Age Widget.

    The Order Hub Workspace continues to be enhanced in Q2 2021 and improvements to satisfy the above request will be taken up as part of those enhancements.

    Thank you for the response. Can you offer clarity on what the current design includes in each of the order states defined? What are the ootb order states that each include, providing the table.field with the LOVs?
