Alert search result screen needs to have additional data columns: Node and Order Date. BUC Module

The current search results list shows order No and alert type, which is insufficient for a user to narrow down which alert(s) to focus on. At the very least the Node/Store and Order Date will allow the user to group and prioritize review and action. The current list doesn't provide any "usable" parameter for the user to discriminate between many alerts.

These columns must also have active sorting capability.

What is your industry? Retail
How will this idea be used?

The BUC users will be able to quickly leverage the additional parameters to discriminate between many alerts, focusing on either a particular node/store or on newer/order transactions.

Thanks for your idea. We are targeting additional Order search, Order list, and Order detail capability for Q3 2020 (likely released beginning of Q4). We will incorporate this requirement for Node and Order date display columns into solution design.

The Alert Search Results screen has been enhanced in Order Hub. Please review the documentation at https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/order-management?topic=alerts-searching and let us know if you have additional feedback.

Adding additional use case documentation and requirements, per Case TS004241163

Requirement: Users should have a way to filter or group the orders based on the nodes present on any order so that the alerts can be reviewed and actioned per store.

Please refer to attachment HowTo Sort Filter Order Alerts by Node.doc
