The current filters are quite generic and limited, rendering them almost pointless. Each client will have specific meaningful steps/events within its order pipeline that will serve as much more relevant filters.
The UI needs to allow configuration of filters ensuring:
All alert types are accessible
Delivery Types. Relevant delivery types are available and the irrelevant ones can be removed
Order Status: Ability to select relevant/desired order status from the pipeline
Order Type. Same capability as for Status, the UI should allow configuration and use of the business' LOVs

How will this idea be used?
Filters with LOVs relevant to the business' order pipeline are critical. Generic filters are non-value add |
Hi, thanks for your idea. We are introducing additional filters/parameters around fulfillment type and order status to the BUC order search & list view. This capability is targeted for Q3 2020.
We would like additional information around "Order Type". Filtering by "Order Classification" is supported in BUC, and we would like to understand any differences between the two.
Delivery type is not a prioritized filter type and is a candidate for 2021.
In 2021, we are looking to support configurable alerts for the above metrics as a Phase 2, going beyond just search & filtering capability.

The Order Hub Alert Rules and Alert Search experiences have been enhanced. Please review the documentation at https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/order-management?topic=new-in-order-hub and let us know your feedback on the same.
Additional details included in the attached document. Thank you for your response and consideration.
In order to groom this requirement, please provide more details on examples of use cases that are not being met through order lifecycle alerts. Is the goal purely extensibility? Is the data coming from OMS or data components?
