Hi Majid, this is a great idea. We have implemented this functionality. Damian has run through the functionality with Pradeep earlier this week, can you please confirm with Pradeep that the functionality meets your requirements?
This will ensure that clients can see where there may be gaps in the approval process due to holiday/illness/job move/etc for approvers. Especially important during holiday periods or for identifying gaps for the approval process where approvers are needed infrequently, e.g. high value approvals.
