Visibility of general notes to other users when the workflow is in approval stage

In current setup, no visibility to other users on the comments added to notes except the requester and approvers until completion of the workflow approval.

It is good to have the visibility of these to all, which will be helpful especially if any delegation is required against the requestor. Also it will give more transparency, as in EGA the prior agreement to level amendment is happening between the end user and assigned MRP Controller through email, who will not be part of the workflow creation or approval
