Extend the length of the work code field in MROIO

We require a 2 character extension on the Work Code field from 2 digits to a 4 digit field.  This would allow us more characters to add a two digit year designation for material that we track under the Nonbooked inventory returned work code.  This is for the Generation business units use.

    This can be achieved today by using a GEN_CD instead of the work code field:

    • This is work that a Business Partner can assist with

    • This work can be done under a TAM arrangement

    • This can be done via a SoW with TEL
