This portal is to open public enhancement requests for IBM Sterling products and services. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

The track changes widget is a great tool to see user changes and resulting system changes. This is very helpful for workflow after a data refresh to see what fields have changed that may impact the workflow submission. However, the track changes widget is only available when a user has made a manual change to the record.
So there are cases when a user has submitted a record into workflow, a PU has occurred and the workflow may still be pending or may be cancelled. If that user made a manual change when they submitted the workflow, they will be able to click into the track changes widget and see all of the data that changed from the PU. However, if that user just simply approved and submitted the record into workflow without making any manual changes - the track changes widget will not be available. So they will not be able to easily see what data has changed from the PU.
Making the track changes widget available without manual user changes will help users with greater visibility to PU data changes at all times.
