    Alert the support team when system has not received messages for a specific window of the day

    We are looking for a alert that notifies us if no messages are received in the queue. Currently, we have an SST alert for 'Message In,' but it cannot be time-bound — for example, if no messages are received between 1 AM and 2 AM then alert us.
