Native PGP - Interface level compression setting

In other PGP software you can alter the compression algorithm. In the case of Native PGP, we can only change compression at a global level. Down the road, if a partner requires a certain compression algorithm other than the global one that’s set, we would need to change it for all users. A change at a global level would put partners using the current algorithm at risk. Since this seems to be a limitation of Native PGP, we are submitting this enhancement request.

We will use this feature to apply specific PGP compression type such ZIP, ZLIB, etc. that is supported or preferred by the trading partner.

Your request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme aligns with our current roadmap and, as such, is being tagged for future consideration and is part of our long-term strategy.
