FTPS/SFTP list command to show folder timestamp

Currently only files show the last modified timestamps while folders show current timestamp of the list request. Proper behavior would be to also show folder last modified timestamp which is already available in the SI data model.

Option on "Sendor ID" for GS ID in addition to ISA.

We have partners with a Generic ISA ID, but the GS is specific. When searching by sendor and receiver, it would be beneficial to be able to use the GS instead.
