I should be clear, red and yellow light ERN's already exist. This request is to enhance the existing email structure to include the ExtraInfo1, 2, and 3 fields into both the body and the attachment of those emails. Those fields contain information that is necessary for clients to resolve the failures, and they do not want to have to look up the failure in InFlight to find those values (when they could easily be included in the email initially and save them the time/work).
You can open a Support Ticket today and ask support to add Red light into the ERN alerts and Yellow lights should be coming shortly.
