Hi Team,
We see so many ERN gets triggered for translation / Protocol failures and customer have difficulty in Identifying / Prioritize transactions that needs Immediate attention.
Customer would like to have an option available to configure SMS alerts along with the ERN for the Transactions that customer is Interested in.
Example : Customer would like to have SMS alerts configured for DESADV failures along with ERN for which they have financial Impact,so that it help them to take immediate actions.
Support is also planning to extend ERN for CD Node Down Alerts, If this SMS option is available that will customer to capture the Priority issues.
