CONFIG CENTER -ERN-Need ERN Notification for transaction in Deferred Status if the Schedule not triggered on time.

Currently, we have notifications to the Customer/Partners for the Red and Yellow, Overdue Transactions and Customers also looking for the notification where transactions in Deferred status because Schedule not ran that particular time and transactions stuck at our end.

How will this idea be used?

It will be used whenever the transactions not processed due to schedule not ran due to some System level issues and it will make aware transactions pending at our end and also alerts and reduces the many Customers impact, as it would help us to take action on time.
