This portal is to open public enhancement requests for IBM Sterling products and services. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Steven,
Based on further discussion, this looks like our plans for third party processor (TPP) would address your ask. With TPP, we could set up partners with different "divisions" that would then allow you to reach out to a specific partner division and address their needs. I will promote this one to a plan for a release based on this understanding.
Hi Greg,
For better explanation we have provided the password activity example. Forgot about SFG and password resets. What we want is when we rolling out a partner in PEM under that partner there may be multiple child’s users. We need to have an option to select particular user to get email notifications. So that only that user can involve in that activity. Currently all users under the partner getting email notifications. If needed, we can schedule a call and discuss. Please let me know if you have any questions
Steven,
We will need to understand if you are talking about resetting a password for a PEM account or an SFG account. This will determine if you are referring to a third party processor capability where a third party processor would manage a series of partners of if you talk considering that this is resetting a password in SFG where each SFG connection is a separate trading partner, but we have the ability to set up a partner with systems below them for those separate connections in PEM.
Let me know if we need to get on the phone to review this further.
Steven,
I believe that the ask is that you want to be able to reset the password in SFG for one of the systems in PEM. PEM has the concept of Systems that allow one partner to have more than one connection. Are you looking for PEM to be able to reset passwords in SFG for each one of these individual systems?
Steven,
Thanks for comments and suggestion. I am working with the Engineering team to determine the best course of action. I will update you as those discussions progress.
