Allow changes to duplicate item for cleanup after Manage Duplicates function is processed

When we Manage Duplicates, the item that we are moving the usage from becomes locked and we can no longer make any changes to that item. If we forget to set the item to Business Impact E and set the ROP/Max to 0/0 before we do the Manage Duplicates function, there is no means to ever go back and fix those records. I understand the desire to lock these items down, but if things are going to be locked down this tight, you should not allow us to move the usage if the item is not set to BI of E and Max of 0 already. Not a today fix, but definitely needs to be resolved for the future.

    Hello Customer, Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM.

    The idea you have raised is a great idea and we see value in implementing. The complexities with this idea is that every client manages duplicates in different ways so we need a little more wider consultation to understand how this idea can be implemented to suit a range of clients. Once we have concluded consultation we will look at how we can get this into the product.
