Get Network Availability - Array of Distribution Groups (IV)

- Ability to pass array of distribution groups in Get Network Availability similar to array of ship nodes in Get Node Availability- This can be used in multiple use cases:- Enquiry for cart against multiple delivery methods (standard delivery DG, next day delivery DG, same day delivery DG, saturday delivery DG) instead of having to make parallel requests- Enquiry for cart against multiple stores (where stores may procure stock from other nearby locations (e.g. hub and spoke model) and therefore using node stock is not sufficient)

IBM recommend to continue perform parallel network availability request to achieve optimal response time for eCommerce use case. Since every customer have different use case to the same API, IBM prefer keeping the api as atomic as possible to maximize flexibility for caller.

    Marking will not consider.
