Node Availability API to support Node Transfer

Adding support for node transfer in IV will allow a retailer who does not have SIP whom is currently supporting click and collect just from store stock to easily transition to supporting DC to Store transfer as well as Store to Store transfer when it comes to displaying accurate availability and lead times.

What is your industry? Retail
How will this idea be used?

As a customer doing online shopping, I need to be able to see list of stores available for click and collect, and be aware of the estimated pickup date for each store (considering transfers), so I can decide whether to choose between pickup in store vs home delivery.
