codepage translation tracing

Current versions of CDU and CDZ do not track calls to iconv for codepage translation in submitted process, even with max trace level 4. We need to see calls to iconv along with parameters.

CD Windows: Support por codepages ISO-8859-1 and ISO-8859-15

Actually Cd Windows uses mlang.dll of Microsoft for codepage transaltion. This mlang.dll can't work with codepages ISO-8859-1 and ISO-8859-15. CD Windows must be changed to use another APIs to support ISO Latin codepages

Copy to Sharepoint UNC path using WebDAV@SSL protocol instead of SMB/CIFS
