Maintain Rule versions/version manager for routing rules created under BPN support Tool

Many process flows is designed using BPN support tool.

Currently if a rule is modified/updated, The only way is to search the rule update by audit logs and manually revert back the values incase there is a processing issue. Many rules are being updated on a daily basis for many customers. searching the rule among scores of modified rules from the audit log and reverting the values manually is time consuming.

Having a version manager for every rule will be easier to revert and track changes like in the case of envelopes/maps and codelist having version manager.
