Add feature in the SPE to list outbound ST, GS envelopes based on ISA IDs.

We have got requests sometimes from customer asking to list their SAP Sold to ID Codes based on the ISA IDs. These IDs/TP codes will be SAP Sold to customer ID numbers which will usually be ST envelope's receiver ID.

In SPE, for outbound envelopes we can track ISA and GS levels envelopes from ST envelope IDs, but in SPE we do not have option to track all the ST level envelopes based on the GS or ISA envelopes.

So we need feature in SPE where we can list all the outbound ST/GS envelopes based on the ISA ID/envelope.

This idea can be helpful in debugging the envelope related issues when a single TP uses multiple EDI IDs.

    Will be declining this RFE after comparing to opther priorities, we do not see the ability to deliver this wothin the next 18 months.
