CCD should keep track of connection high water mark

One of the ways to license C:D is based on the max number of connections over a given period. However, I'm told that this information is no longer available in CCD. The other option that was mentioned is being able to pull this from C:D directly.

Currently, We don't have an option to search for an existing AS2 relationship based on AS2 sender/receiver ID. We only have an option to search based on PPID or URL contains option. It will be useful if we have an option to search based on AS2 ID's.

Updating string in init.parameters using API /api/v1/config/jobs/update/init-parms-text for single parameter like :osa.rest.url

The current API /api/v1/config/jobs/update/init-parms-text is useful only for entire init.param file to update but it would be good if the API can update single parameter like :osa.rest.url
