Reduce the patch time by downloading the binaries prior to scheduled time.

In scheduled patching job , download the patch to CD server happens at the start of scheduled time. This dramatically increase the patching window and becomes un certain when the actual patching will start.

The ask here is to download the binaries well before the patching start. This will allow us to aim a small patching window where CD is extremely busy.


Need an option to download the binaries at time X and patch at time Y


Need a predictable maintenance window.

Default is 10 concurrent downloads
