Delete all button under Envelopes->Documents awaiting enveloping screen is only deleting the entries of a single page instead of deleting all entries at a time. Make sure this button deletes all entries after giving a confirmation pop up at a time while clicking on Delete All

The customer wants to delete all the OLD entries in a single shot but the existing Delete all button under Envelopes->Documents awaiting enveloping screen only deletes the entries of a single page.

Containers should support logging to filesystem, console, or both.

Our containers need to be configurable via helm to log to either a persistent volume, the console, or both. A lot of our containers today support either console or persistent volume but do not allow both at the same time.
