Ability to add notes on bulk orders from COM

This would allow the users to update the same notes to mutiple orders at the same time, which would save a lot of time where the user has to update the same note to multiple orders

Call Center Dark Mode

We would like the new call center to have a dark mode as it will create more contrast from the text on the screen and therefore allow some users to better view the program. This will create more accessibility for some users with vision issues.

PEM Should notify sponsor when an email is bounced back.

Some Partners email servers are not receiving PEM emails and are likely bouncing them back. PEM should let the sponsors know if the Trading Partner did not receive the email.

PEM Cloud Application Outage Notification List

Currently, we have no way of knowing if there are PEM Cloud Application outages/issues. Having a outage email notification field will allow us to add a distribution list or a list of emails to contact us.

Set time for automated emails
