Call Center Dark Mode

We would like the new call center to have a dark mode as it will create more contrast from the text on the screen and therefore allow some users to better view the program. This will create more accessibility for some users with vision issues.

What is your industry? Retail
How will this idea be used?

We intend to make the dark mode optional for our team, but it would be primarily used by people with vision issues or have a a preference to use the dark mode of the OMS.

    Hi Logan,

    Sorry I missed your message earlier. I was trying to collect feedback from other customers about needing a dark mode. Unfortunately, this is not a common requirement. Also, we need to consider the experience of all OMS UIs with or without a dark mode. I am closing this RFE for now. If we see the dark mode becoming a common requirement in the future, we can evaluate it again. Thanks.
