Restrict user permission (Read/Write/Download etc) in SFG MyFiles for Sterling File Partners

This would help ensure clients have proper user permissions (Read, Write, Download etc) in SFG MyFile 2.0. This gives a level of security on that account if that account should only download files or read files.
