Shape the future of IBM!

We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Search existing ideas

Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,

Post your ideas
  1. Post an idea.

  2. Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

  3. Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Add support for a callback to a custom login page in Store Engagement to support users that have timed out on their login session

In conjunction with https://watsonsupplychain.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/STORE-I-49, support the ability to have a callback URL in the case where a deeplink is called. It's possible that the deeplink is initiated AFTER a user's store engagement login session has timed out and the user will be shown the default Store Engagement login screen. Our Store Engagement uses a custom login / single sign-on process and authenticates the user in OMS under the covers. Upon successful login, the user should be navigated to the initial deep link.

How will this idea be used?

https://watsonsupplychain.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/STORE-I-49 will not work unless this or a different way to check if the user's session token is still valid is implemented.
