In my retail company ABC, an associate can work in multiple stores on different days of week or re-assigned temporarily to work on different store. Apart from store associates, there are district managers (and admin users) who would need to see activities happening in all stores assigned to the district ( or all stores for admin users )

Apart from store associates, there are district managers (and admin users) who would need to see activities happening in all stores assigned to the district ( or all stores for admin users ).

Few use cases are :

1.       Admin users need to see dashboard for all SFS/BOPIS order status and SLA violations in the whole network.

2.       District manager will need to see all pending shipments across all stores, so that associates can be directed from one store to another store if needed.

3.       Store associates are temporarily assigned to work in Store A on Mon, Tue, Wed and in Store B on Thr., Friday, Saturday.

All users will have an SSO login with corporate LDAP network.

Hi, thank you for your idea. The ability to allow store associates to access different store environments and/or allow enterprise users to log in to multiple stores is being built in our next-gen SaaS Store application. Feature release in next-gen Store is targeted for Q1 2021

    Hi,

We have a similar requirement. We need to provide access to multiple store for a given user. The use cases highlighted in this idea applies many customers.

    Hi Team

We also have the same requirement, where in the stores associates will be working in shifts in near by stores and they will need multiple store access.

Also there are store managers who will monitor the shipments in multiple stores.
