Ability to view deployment history till last 1 year in Self Service Tool.

Need to have deployment history reflected for the last 1 year in Self Service tool.

How will this idea be used?

Our Audit team has identified that the current Deployment history view of 6 months is a risk and has recommended maintaining a deployment log history of 1 year. This way Team will be able to view the Deployment details running up to last 1 year and help with management of deployment history.

    Hi Team,

    Thank you for this request. On evaluating the same, we have considered the following options for addressing the same and one of them will be prioritized in future releases.

    • Option 1: Increase the limit to 1 year.

    • Option 2: Export Logs for future usage.

    Using any one of these options, the customization deployments data (under the customizations tab in SST) will be available for one year. Both of these options are for historical information and we do not recommend using them for audit purposes. When and if we eventually implement this capability, please follow compliance policies to ensure that user data is not retained should the user leave your organization.
