This portal is to open public enhancement requests for IBM Sterling products and services. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Hello Sampson, Thank you for the details. We have explored this option already and there are limitations in using the data extract agent:
My understanding is that this tool allows us to extract the data at a table level with ability to select the columns that are required (but not the rows).
We might be able to extract multiple tables at once but not with their relational definitions.
We need to build the table relationship in our data repository, essentially replicating the OMS Database outside SaaS. This needs product/data model expertise.
We require a subset of data to redefine our alerting and monitoring capability to manage our service operation from SaaS. So we need to build a intermediate data repository to hold all the tables, build the relational behaviour and then filter the required data. This will be an expensive tech debt to build.
Our plan was to use Cognos to extract our custom data set but IBM has imposed limitations on number of executions per week.
What would be your suggestion to extract required dataset out of SaaS for our processing?
Please consider use of data extract agent as explained here.
