This portal is to open public enhancement requests for IBM Sterling products and services. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

When a deployment or a CDT is carried out on any env in OMoC, the stakeholders of the env needs to be informed by manually sending an email about the activity performed. This process needs to be automated. An email needs to be triggered to the env stakeholders as soon an a deployment/CDT is started or when the deployment/CDT is completed successfully/unsuccessfully. This would not only save time but also be consistant and informative to all the stakeholders of OMoC.

We need email notifications to be sent to users when a deployment is triggered and when the deployment process is complete. Currently there is no notification sent to the stake holders and the self-service tool has to be manually monitored to check the process of the deployment.
Please provide reason how the notification can save time. For what purpose?
What if the stakeholder missed the email notification?
What is it the client is trying to accomplish?
