Support for streams in all adapters

New adapters like Excel and PDF are introduced. However they don't have options to stream data to them. This request is to enhance adapters so they support streams by default.

Besides the Excel and PDF adapters mentioned above, I'd like to also make special mention of the JZIP adapter.  If the JZIP adapter had a stream interface, it would enable the contents to get passed to other stream based adapters, such as the CIPHER adapter.  By combining the streaming ability of both the JZIP and CIPHER adapters, the data-at-rest encryption requirement could be met in those cloud environments where disk encryption does not exist.
