Allow optional ODBC connection strings to allow DB connection encryption

My Database team would like to have all connections to the database encrypted, preferably at the application level, using the below:
encrypt=true;TrustServerCertificate=false;

It is currently not possible to supply this information using the DB Wizard.
Please provide the ability to encryp DB communications.

What is your industry? Banking
How will this idea be used?

To encrypt DB comms to our MS-SQL db server

    The above requested capability can be enabled in ODBC today and there are no code change in CDW required.

    Please follow the below instructions,

    1.Open the ODBC Data Source Administrator

    2. Go to the System DSN tab and enable the options for the Connect:Direct v6.3.0 Messages and Connect:Direct v6.3.0 TcqStats entries.

    3. Please follow the options in the screenshot.

    Note : However, these settings will be lost on CDW upgrades or when a user runs the CD Database Wizard (DBWiz).
