Next-gen - Procurement Transfer order details at order line level

Currently, the next-gen call center's order details page has a Transfer order tab, which displays all the Procurement transfer orders(PTOs) related to the sales order. But the Transfer order tab does not specify which sales order line the Transfer Order (TO) belongs to and the call center users are finding in difficult to map the TO with the sales order line.

The ER is to display the Transfer order number in the order line summary pop-up, where the call center users can find the linked TO quickly without navigating back and forth.

This was a customization in legacy call center, now that next-gen call center displays the transfer order details, we would request it to displayed at the order line level

How will this idea be used?

As a call center user, I want to open the Order Line Summary pop-up and see the Transfer Order details for that specific line item, so that I can answer customer queries quickly and accurately. Today, I have to open the Transfer Order tab and inspect each TO individually to find the one containing the line I'm looking for. Having the TO number at the line level removes this manual search, reduces handling time, and lowers the risk of referencing the wrong Transfer Order.
