Be able to link orders and show in the UI

In the new UI we would like to be able to manually create an order and then link it to the original order so that is shows in the Order Summary screen as linked orders.

How will this idea be used?

In some cases the customer service team will create replacement orders order electronic gift cards. Once the team creates those orders, it is hard to tell what order it was originally created from. In this case we would be creating a replacement order and then linking to the original order in order to help the CS agent leave clear notes and be sure the entire contact is linked.

    Hi Jake,

In the new Call Center, create orders will come out of the box. If you are looking to exchange an item and want to keep the order history, you can start with an exchange order.
