Remove unwanted buttons for certain statuses

In the current UI, we had to make a few customizations to remove buttons that should not have been available based on the status. In the new UI, we would like the OMS to better understand statuses and remove/disable the buttons that should not available depending on the status.

How will this idea be used?

We will use this functionality to provide a smoother and more intuitive UI for the customer service teams.

    This is embedded in the new Call Center design and under development on different screens and flows.
