Change selector page from number to dropdown box while navigating multiple records

Change the page selector from 1,2,3...100 to dropdown box 1-10, 11-20,etc.
It is easier to select directly from the dropdown box, instead of going to page 10 and then few more, since not all pages are displayed.

What is your industry? Retail
How will this idea be used?

The change would make it easier to navigate through pages.
Eg, if I have 100 pages, and I need to go to page 50, I need to go 6, then 10, then 14 and so on.
With a dropdown box I could go directly to page 50 - this will save user time and database calls.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. We truly value our relationship with you and appreciate your willingness to share details about your experience, your recommendations, and ideas.

IBM has evaluated the request and has determined that it cannot be implemented at this time or does not align with our current strategy or roadmap. However, we are working on an updated UI for SFG in the next few years, followed by a B2Bi UI refresh afterwards. We don't have a timeline for this work yet, but will be a few years out. We will consider this requirement as part of the UI refresh projects we are planning.

Thank you for bringing your ideas to us. If you have any additional feedback, thoughts or ideas, or if there is anything else I can do, please do not hesitate to reply to this message to continue the conversation.
