Enabling support for FF0D in ITX for ibm-930 code page

When we receive FF0D character in request to Datapower service, ITX map is unable to handle in ibm-930 code page. Can you please enhance ibm-930 code page to handle FF0D character in ITX maps.

Include ISA information in either the data passed to the hcsvu exit for implementing a type 7 rule in the qualifier file or in the data passed to a type 7 custom user exit

We currently have a requirement to compare one of ISA value to 1000A NM1 values to ensure they are same and it is currently no doable in ITX. We received this as a suggestion from support ticket TS005672303

Remove limitation to not install in C:\Program Files

As per the release notes: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6362027 It is mentioned not to specify C:\Program Files as the install directory. It is requested if you could remove those compatibility issues

Display Starting position of the field in field level properties for "FIXED, IMPLICIT" group/file.

In ITX, when the group is defined as fixed and implicit, to identify a field position most of the time we must sum up the field length of previous fields when there is no layout. This would simplify the identification of field in positional files.
