Remove limitation to not install in C:\Program Files

As per the release notes:

https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6362027

It is mentioned not to specify C:\Program Files as the install directory.

It is requested if you could remove those compatibility issues

What is your industry? Banking
How will this idea be used?

We'll maintain the default install directory of Windows.

This restriction has been removed in ITX v11.0.0 and higher versions of the IBM Sterling Transformation Extender product. User can now install the product under C:\Program Files folder for secure environment reasons as needed.

The issue as noted in the support incident, will reach deeper than just the directory names containing spaces. We have a strong directional push into cloud architectures and containers that negate this as an issue going forward.
