Utility to check compatibility and compliance of maps when upgrading to a new ITX version

How will this idea be used?

We have experienced big problems when migration WTX 8.X to ITX 9.X specially when certain functions change behavior or the uderlying importers or anything changes and the map needs recompilation of mdification to comply with the new function, etc. An utility of this type can reduce the migration process from months to weeks assuring the consistency of the system.
