Ability to pass custom alerts to SCC from B2Bi

This is for the ability to send custom alerts to SCC from B2Bi/SFG systems. A service should be designed for use in business processes to allow information to be passed into SCC.

Display SNode User ID (SNODEID) value in log fetched via SCC or CD API

Information about used SNODEID (SNode User ID) option is present in log displayed in CD Requested and "direct.exe" CLI but it is not displayed in SCC or via CD API (JAI). Please extend SCC and CD API to display SNODEID option usage.

I would like to see control center monitor use active directory as an authenticator vs just SQL authentication when connecting to a MSSQL database

For security reasons we don't use SQL Authentication for local accounts. We use domain service accounts. We would like to see the CC adopt this option for authentication.
