EBICS Adapter Group support for Client adapters

We are unable to configure an adapter group name in the EBICS Client system properties configuration. We have a two node cluster and this presents a signal point of failure if we lose a primary node.

SFTP Protocol Strict Host Key = 0

Whirlpool is requesting IBM SCBN be able to configure their SFTP connection without strict host key requirement. This is part of their High Availability Architecture plan. All of their vendors except IBM is able to meet this requirement.

Database extensions should have a provision to create indexes only on ACTIVE tables. As most of the queries/monitoring and reporting are performed on the ACTIVE tables. These indices may not be always needed on the HISTORY tables.
