AES-256 encryption for .bin file creation

we understand that when a .bin file is created via lcu.jar it is encrypted with AES-128. We would like to see this encryption increased to AES-256 to satisfy our Security requirements.

Currently silent installation for Windows allows to provide CD_ADMIN_USERID in CD_SRVR.INI. The enhancement is to add new parameter CD_ADMIN_GROUPID that would allow to provide Group Name as CD Administrator Group.

Give Integrated File Agent (IFA) the ability to point to a load balancer
