Alert the support team when system has not received messages for a specific window of the day

We are looking for a alert that notifies us if no messages are received in the queue. Currently, we have an SST alert for 'Message In,' but it cannot be time-bound — for example, if no messages are received between 1 AM and 2 AM then alert us.

Sterling filegateway does not support Windows Authentication

Sterling filegateway does not support Windows Authentication, currently it just supports SQL authtentication, this is causing issues with keeping up to current security standards.
