    Embed Video into a Dialog

    When creating a dialog, we would like to have the ability to embed a video. This could be a new component drag and drop option, which allows us to choose the window view size, as well as the video file we would like to embed.

    Remove "Business Role" verbiage from trading partner profile field

    In a trading partner profile there is a field entitled "Business Role / Title". The use of the term "role" gets confused with the user role capabilities elsewhere in the tool. "Business role" should be removed and just leave "Title".

    Email notification when API task is failed in Activity

    Whenever activity failed due to any reason an email should get triggered. So that current search manual work will be reduced and also this functionality will increase the sponsor user experience.

    Can we have a report generated every month, which should show how many times the system was down and report the timings? Say, there was an unwanted outage due to some issue, the report should show the timings and duration of the outage.

    Add an indicator on the Web Console for Connect Direct that would show as to whether it has Secure + or not

    Adding a Secure + indicator to the Web console would be beneficial in that it would provide a more complete picture.
