API for "Invite Again" functionality

If partners are bulk uploaded but not sent an invite, the only way to send the invite is to manually click "Invite Again" in the UI. An API should exist for this.

Propagate DSNTYPE values between z/OS systems

Consider cloning the DSNTYPE values for transfers between z/OS systems by the default. Shouldn't be necessary to specify them if the source dataset must be the same as the destination
