CX SYSTCP Partial generic

In the SYSTCP the TCP/IP address can only be unique or '*'. It can't be générique like 172.016.063.* So we have too much entries.

CX Number of transfers requests in a mode

To have a MVS command (MODIFY to the CX address space) to query the number of requests in the CX which are in the mode we would specify in the command ('U' for the running requests for example).

CX SYSUE1 Refresh only if it has no errors

Actually, if there is errors in SYSUE1, a refresh is still done. That can hang a lot of requests in TRC=4608L. It would be great if there was a verification of the file before the swicth and that the switch be rejected in that case.

Make the version info in the banner of the CLI commands (direct, ndmcli, ...) & GUIs consult a file in the install tree

We have received several security findings because CD gives version details that will allow hackers info on how to hack the software.
