Need to be HSPD12 compliant

IRS is trying to get Sterling Connect:Direct 6.1 approved for usage in the IRS and it is being requested that we inquire as to why this product is not HSPD12 compliant?

What is your industry? Government
How will this idea be used?

To allow the software to be approved and used in the IRS with PIV card.

    Thank you for opening this enhancement request with IBM. I have reviewed it with my team and have reached out looking for details on what the process would be to become HSPD12 compliant. Unfortunately we did not receive the necessary information needed to understand what would be needed. Because of that I'll need to go ahead and reject this request. If you'd like us to reconsider this rejected please do provide details or a contact who we can work with to understand the HSPD12 authentication mechanisms. We'd be happy to explore them, but will need those details.
