CX SYSUE1 Refresh only if it has no errors

Actually, if there is errors in SYSUE1, a refresh is still done. That can hang a lot of requests in TRC=4608L.
It would be great if there was a verification of the file before the swicth and that the switch be rejected in that case.

    Thank you for opening this enhancement request with us. I have reviewed it and also looked for interest from our broader customer base. Unfortunately we haven't seen much interest from the broader market so I must decline this request to ensure we're utilizing our resources in the best way possible.
