Allow ITX to handle Protobuf schemas

ITX currently can support AVRO schemas however there are other schemas that may be used depending on circumstances. One of these is the protobuf schema. Can this be added to the suite of schemas supported by ITX?

Currently the Gentran:Server for Windows 5.3.1 integration application has limitation. It has no capability to dynamically pass in parameters into stored procedure to be used on output side for Inbound map.
